How do children play in refugee camps, aboriginal reserves and places ravaged by war?

Mark Neville's photographs show that some of the most inhospitable places on earth are not - contrary to what most of us imagine - a barrier to play.

Across the thousands of miles of territory covered, common threads emerge - kids trundling hoops and wheels in Kenya and Afghanistan, girls playing mother and child, the universal appeal of water, mud, rope and string.
